Steps for Scheduling with Vagaro
1. Choose the service you wish to book below.
- Once a service has been selected, you will be redirected to Vagaro's home page.
2. Create an account or log in to your Vagaro account to book a session.
- Fill in required information and follow prompts when creating a new account to verify email and phone.
3. Following verification, please sign consent forms.
- The screen will automatically redirect you to my consent forms which will need to be reviewed and electronically signed.
4. Fill in the credit/debit card information.
- Card will be saved on file as part of your Vagaro account.
- Card on file will be charged if no show or cancelling less than 12 hours prior to session.
5. Click the "Request" button to schedule the appointment.
- You will receive a confirmation email or text message depending on your account preference for notifications confirming the appointment.
- IMPORTANT: The confirmation notification for any appointment will come from "Wild Woman Esthetics". Don't be alarmed because it doesn't say "Trailhead Massage". You did it right as long as you got a confirmation.
